In order to heal your relationship with food you need to take a giant step back and be an observer. You must educate yourself, see the big picture, challenge your thoughts. Stop taking things as fact. And yourself “how do I want to see the world? How do I want to live, according to me or according to my rules that I don’t know why I have anymore?” You may have convinced yourself of wild false truths. But they will always be truths to us until we call them out for the bullshit that they truly are. First form of bullshit we must challenge...food is xy or z. False. Food is just food. Today and everyday, I hope you are enjoying your food, which is just food 🙌

You are just stuck. 🤷♀️ it doesn’t mean you will be there forever. You just need the right tools. This ain’t easy and if you are trying to do this hard work all alone and with the same rusty old broken tools, then it may be quite difficult to pull yourself out. But if you look for some new tools, give them a chance, and trust that they will work, they may be your ticket to getting you out of that hole for good.
