Remember that every pro was once an amateur, every winner has lost a million times and every single person who looks like they have the shit together has had it fall apart more than once.
I see it all the time when people give up because they didn’t get what they wanted immediately. No one walks into the gym and turns into Arnie overnight. Every single person who lives your dream was once standing in the exact same spot where you’re standing right now.
The only thing stopping you from achieving your goal or living your dream is your own determination, motivation and resilience. Nothing worth achieving is easy to achieve and as cliche as it sounds but if it was easy then everybody would do it! The reality is that not everybody is determined or motivated enough to do it. But let me tell you this. It IS possible, you CAN do it and it may not be easy but it WILL hundred percent be worth it!
Good lighting vs normal lighting - photos taken 2 seconds apart 🌝
Here’s your friendly Friday reminder to focus on your own goals rather than trying to compare yourself to everyone else on Instagram. What you don’t see is the 1000000 photos on the camera roll that didn’t make it to Instagram or the shockingly bad day at work that no one shares on social media 🤷♀️
So today focus on yourself and what you want to achieve in terms of where you are at in your journey, whether that’s fitness, career or something completely different. Go and smash your goals and don’t worry about what anyone else is doing 🙌
