We're witnessing here a Transformation. Which might look like a disruption/destruction at first sight; Which turns into a positive destruction powrr of the old and stagnant in the name of renewal. The shards of somethig old are uncovering and liberating this hidden beautiful orange energy. -Which is once liberated begins to lighten everything around.
Orange color represents joy, happiness, warmth, creativity, encouragement. Its there to warm your heart and remind you that "Even the darkest night will end and the Sun will rise" (Victor Hugo)
Purple and violet represent here the future, spiritual enlightment, wisdom, awakening, peace and grandeur.
This artwork promotes acceptance and understanding. Reminding us that by seizing the opportunities any disruption presents, we might be experiencing the richest time of our life!

Exercise saved my life! No seriously! •
In March of this year I was sexually assaulted by someone I considered a friend. I felt absolutely destroyed. I started placing blame on myself and I almost lost myself in my PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I quit working out and then it hit me - I never wanted to feel as weak as I did when that man was on top of me. I wanted to feel strong, happy, and most importantly healthy (physically and mentally) so I continued my 80 Day Bootcamp and it saved me!
I know for a fact that if I hadn’t completed this journey I wouldn’t know how strong I can be. I wouldn’t know what it means to fight against your negative thoughts to accomplish something great. I am SO thankful for this program and now I’m going to offer you the chance to get results like mine! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼Tomorrow I’m starting my prep week for my next 80 Day Bootcamp. The top three people who transform their lives will win a special prize from me! You want in? SEND ME A MESSAGE! I can’t wait to work with you!
Laocoön and his Sons by Baccio Bandinelli featured at the Uffizi Gallery. Based on a Hellenistic sculpture unearthed in 1506, Bandinelli took the ruined original and its description by Pliny the Elder and used it to model a modern recreation for Pope Leo X to give as a gift to King Francis I.
.Florence and the Machine.
The stars, the moon, they have all been blown out
You left me in the dark
No dawn, no day, I'm always in this twilight
In the shadows of your heart... Ink and watercolour illustration.

Merrily, I rejoice the sight
Scarily, I will re-form
Hairily, I am reborn"-Helen, Jan 2012
In mythology, folklore and speculative fiction, shapeshifting is the ability of a being or creature to completely transform its physical form or shape. This is usually achieved through an inherent ability of a mythological creature, divine intervention, or the use of magic.
The most common form of shapeshifting myths is that of therianthropy, which is the transformation of a human being into an animal or conversely, of an animal into human form.
Other terms for shapeshifters include metamorph, skin-
walker, and mimic.
Ancient stories tell of men who turn into creatures who prey on humans and animals alike. Early Greek history provides examples of werewolf myths which may be linked with Olympian religious traditions. For example, one area rich in wolf mystique was Arcadia where a cult of the Wolf-Zeus existed. This belief existed among the Romans as well.Their version was of a versipellis or turnskin and was a person who, through the use of magic, could turn into a wolf.
Shapeshifting in mythology and anthropology generally refers to the alteration of physical appearance from that of a human to that of another species. Lycanthropy, the transformation of a human into a wolf (or werewolf), is probably the best known form of therianthropy, followed by cynanthropy (transformation into a dog). 🐺
