This is something I see a lot of ladypreneurs struggling with because they're always putting everyone above themselves.

Segunda semana con un aumento progresivo de calorías x semana ....y casi todos los días una lucha mental obligándome a hacer mi última comida del día ...pues si por mi fuera ...preferiría irme a dormir ...pero quiero ser fuerte ! Quiero tener mucha energía, darle gasolina a mi cuerpo para entrenar y estudiar .... y atender a mis 3 hijos sin dejar mis metas a un lado !
Así que a cumplir lo que me prometí.. He escuchado muchas mujeres y hombres decir ...es que no tenía ánimo de ir, es que estoy estresad@, tengo problemas , no soy buen@ para el ejercicio, no tengo buena genética......bla bla bla... 😏 estoy segura que TODO ser humano tiene algo que decir al respecto de lo que le tocó... y lamento decirlo, pero...NADIE VA A LLEGAR CON UNA VARITA MÁGICA Y HACER QUE TODO SEA PERFECTO para que decidamos hacer algo por nosotros mismos , no se trata de ser "fit", se trata de trabajar la voluntad para alcanzar cada meta que nos pongamos.. aveces hay que... OBLIGARTE..RETARTE..DEMOSTRARTE ...TÚ mandas....no tu mente , no tu estado de ánimo.... Esa niña del cuadro que está atrás de mi se llama Alex🙎♀️lo hizo mi papá para mi cuando me casé....y cada que necesito recordarme por que quiero dar mi mayor esfuerzo en cada cosa que haga ....veo a esa niña y pienso en que sólo quiero lo mejor para ella y quiero demostrarle que SI PUEDO... TODOS PODEMOS !
Nadie tiene la vida resuelta, todos tenemos días malos, miedos, traumas, preocupaciones y batallas.... y TODOS somos los creadores de nuestros sueños y resultados .... Amate tanto que tus miedos tiemblen cuando escuchen tu voluntad!

Goals!! Everybody's got them!! We are asked all the time... Where do you see yourself in 6 months? A year? 5 years? Are you physically and mentally ready to achieve those goals? I just wanted to be healthy, have energy and not be so self conscious in shorts or a swimsuit! I was spinning my wheels going to the gym, doing the same thing... Loved going to classes but bt my work schedule and kids... It was tough to make it! .
Then I found this amazing group of people who encouraged and motivated me by keeping me accountable for my workouts and staying on track with nutrition! Best part, was I could do all this from home! Whenever I could get it done (in as little as 30 minutes!)
This isn't a diet... It's a lifestyle change that has made an amazing impact on how I feel about myself and the choices I make on a daily basis(both physically and mentally!) Bonus, my confidence has gone up and I don't mind wearing shorts anymore! 😉👍💪♥️

Everyone is unique. I am fortunate enough that I carry my weight well. When I get asked how much weigh and how much I want to lose the response I usually get is 💥is that even healthy ? 💥you don't weigh that much do you ?!? 💥 is that to much weight for your height you don't look like you need to lose that much .
I know my body and I have been 150lb before at the same height as I am now (5'5") . I do weigh 200 lbs and yes I want to get back to 150/160lbs but it's going to be a long journey. For my body I do not think that it's "to much weight" because that's where I started in the first place. Also the scale isn't everything in general I just want to be healthy and be my best self . Every ones body is different some people carry weight differently then others as well as every ones journey is different. Remember that your the only one who knows your body best.If your happy then who cares what anyone thinks! Keep on reaching for the stars!
Finally.... 2018 is becoming the year that my dreams are becoming a reality!!! I was going through the motions of life...not totally fulfilled. Sure I have an awesome family and friends....blessed with my health and a great job that allows me to be self supportive....but something was missing...I felt content but not fully happy....I always knew I had potential but not following through on things I started. I am a firm believer it’s the people you surround yourself with that have a huge impact on your attitude and actions...I belong to an accountability group that has changed me for the better....we have members all over the place.... near and far....we may not all workout together but we check in with our social media group multiple times a day.... we share pics of our meals, we applaud each other’s victories and we pick each other up when we are having off days. I absolutely love this group and want you to be part of it....I love it so much I decided to become a coach and want to help as many people with their own health and fitness goals....why not try something new?...now on this beautiful evening I am lying in the grass of my new home smiling and can truly say... The best thing i ever did was believe in myself and now i am more confident than i was before and FEARLESS, sometimes people will try to tell you who you are DONT BELIEVE THAT S***T, and they will say you are too much, u feeling yourself too much, even get mad at you and want to keep distance from you because you are not letting their opinions mold you!!! Be your own motivation, your own inspiration!! See yourself in the mirror, if you are not liking what is reflected that should be enough motivation to change it to what you wanna be. Don’t put yourself in other people’s hands for approval, own yourself, be confident, set that fire inside of you and love yourself better than anyone else, I guarantee you that you will never again let no one love you less than what you deserve. Get that ass up and start TODAY working on that low self-esteem, little achievements every day will lead to BIG results. YOU ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU THINK, DONT UNDERESTIMATE YOUR STRENGTH AND NEVER OVERESTIMATE YOUR WEAKNESS 😉
