Topped this one with homemade granola using @chantal_organics rolled oats, and @ceresorganics coconut chips 🍓🍓Plus how cute is this coconut bowl my dad made me in Samoa?! 💛💛
RIP to one of my first ever @livinorg shirts! She just didn't survive log press cleans this morning :( I love being an amateur strongman and repping the message "it ain't weak to speak" - after my own battles with PTSD, Depression and Anxiety, it's a message that really hits close to home for me.
Plus the added benefit of being able to lift ridiculously heavy weights and then say "That was a walk in the park compared to battling depression." And have that visual representation suddenly hit home for people just how hard fighting your own mental battle truly is.

I’m not gonna lie: I haven’t really been trying that hard. At least it feels like it. I know there’s a lot more that I can give and I know I could be a lot more strict with myself than I currently am.
With that being said, I was maintaining 137 lbs for the longest time, but, for the past two weeks? I’ve been maintaining 136 lbs. I really want to get down to 126...however, at this point I only have two more weeks till college time is here. When that time comes? I fully plan on giving 110% till I lose that last 10 freakin pounds. I have a lot of meal prep planned that I’m really excited for, and I hope you guys are equally as excited as I am

Ultimamente tenho experimentado um gostinho maravilhoso: o da reestruturação. Não há preço que pague a paz de estar em paz consigo mesma. Respirar aliviada e se sentir linda, por dentro e por fora. Voltar a sorrir com a alma. Se sentir viva, coração pulsante e valente, ainda vazio, mas transbordante de sentimentos bons. Tanta coisa ganhou cor, faço tudo com mais entusiasmo. Parece que me deram um choque de ânimo, vai ver foi isso, me reanimaram quando eu achava que já estava morta. A vida é uma danada que não para de me surpreender. Mudei tudo em mim, joguei fora tanta coisa, tanta gente, passei de fase, avancei um nível. Evoluí de uma tal forma que não vejo mais a superfície, vou mais afundo, eu enxergo o que tem dentro. E é lá que mora a minha real felicidade. Obrigada #ilhadomel até jajá 🏝🌊🏖
