Been using the hempworx CBD oil probably about 7-8 weeks already, and I can see my skin glowing from within. I’m enjoying the healthy of hemp in my diet. Jantar de hj: fiz bifes angus grelhados na frigideira com manteiga alho e ervas, pra acompanhar, batata rústica com maionese caseira e, de sobremesa, mousse de limão saudável. Em baixo vou deixar a receita do molho e da batata rústica da Rita lobo que mais amo, mas adaptada com meus ingredientes.
Batata rustica assada
5 batatas medias
3 ramos de alecrim
4 ramos de tomilho
3 colheres (sopa) de azeite
5 dentes de alho com casca
Pimenta caiena à gosto
Sal e pimenta-do-reino
Pré-aqueça o forno a 200°C (temperatura média)
Lave e seque bem as batatas e as ervas
Em uma tábua, corte as batatas no meio, depois esse meio da batata corte mais uma vez no meio novo, fazendo desse jeito ela ficara com formato de batata rústica. Transfira os gomos para uma panela, cubra com água e tempere com uma colher (chá) de sal (comum ou grosso)
Leve ao fogo alto e, quando água começar a ferver, deixe cozinhar por seis minutos. Retire do fogo, passe as batatas para uma peneira e deixe por alguns minutos para escorrer bem a água – esse é um dos segredos para deixar crocante os legumes assados
Transfira para uma assadeira (de preferência antiaderente), junte as ervas, os dentes de alho com casca e regue com o azeite. Misture bem para envolver as batatas e ervas com o azeite. Espalhe os gomos por toda a assadeira, sem encostar ou sobrepor um no outro – quanto mais espaço entre eles mais crocantes e dourados ficam
Tempere com sal, as pimentas e o ramos de alecrim, leve ao forno preaquecido para assar por cerca de 40 minutos

Learn how to use them and you’ll be ready to face the irrational fears, shame, unlovability, rejection, pride, unworthiness, brokenness, and guilt that the EGO/Defense Mechanisms protect.
The path to healing and to wisdom is amazingly messy.
Emotions are never logical they are emotional. We must feel our way through and then logic comes.
It is so worth it.

This beautiful lady is 38 weeks pregnant and still coming along to group training 👏 I have altered her training during each trimester to ensure it is always pregnancy safe and Katy listens to her body and knows her limits and. I gave little miss Aria a big squeeze at yesterday's session and wished Katy all the best for the arrival of bubba #2 , where she responded she will be back next week if she feels good! Amazing woman 💪

📋Goal: Aim for improvement in the Gluteal Fold Region Strength. 📕Outcome: Small minute gluteal fold strength increase, thankfully we got there, as displayed in these photos (photo1) same pose, same photographer @jelita_magic_photography No photoshop, just 1 year later with heavy squats & deadlifts.
♥️WARNING: These gluteal fold photos are extremely challenging for me to post; however I wanted to show the formulation that @joshmassive & I implemented to obtain this ever so small improvement that I am very grateful for.
📌My previous supporting liftingcoach @reformstrength had moved gyms so I asked @joshmassive if he would support me in my goal: “to improve the fold region via heavy squats & mostly sumo deadlifts”. He stated he would support me & yes improvements could be made, however I would require to add in a lot more isolation glute work & glute thrusts & bridges as recommended by the cutting edge research of @bretcontreras1 & @bradschoenfeldphd .
📌I stated to Josh I respected, studied, & read the research for years & would love to implement more volume & glute focused days, however I knew if I did, I would have to compromise my bench strength, calisthenics, running & tennis Training. I exclaimed to him that I was willing to dedicate 1 day to squats & another to deadlifts & focus on getting stronger but in turn focus on the mind:muscle connection & squeezing as hard as I humanly can. I focused on intensity as opposed to volume. That’s all I could do, because I would physically burn out if I added more into my training.
📌More improvements could have possibly been made, however with my training style I am so so thankful with the outcome. In the midst of this I benched 57.5kg, deadlifted 142.5kg & did 22 Full Range Chin UPs & hit 90kg squats weighing in at 57kg & 12% body fat all within 1-2 weeks of my comp. Am running faster & hitting a harder tennis ball. This was exactly what I was aiming for. All round performance PB’s before hitting stage again. I do understand if I want to compete again I will have to dedicated more time to glute training. I am not sure if I will reach that point. Right now I am thankful to be playing tennis again. #squats

I hit 315lbs on bench... I think I might have made Leif shit myself when I yelled “don’t f#$king touch it” on my first attempt. •
But the second attempt was a lot better, especially because I was out of my normal environment and at a different gym. I can only get better!
As a sun junky this gloomy weather brings me down and often keeps me locked inside. Anytime I start to notice this I just start walking. I walk until I forget that I haven’t seen the sun in days and sometimes I stumble upon beautiful places like this!
