Nice office view 😍 Almost ran into Harvey Specter... 🙈
I had a meeting in Toronto’s Bay Adelaide Center where Suits was filmed! Walking through the lobby and taking the elevator to the office made me feel like a lawyer from the show 🤓💼

Year-end #reflection .
This is my documentation of the change I see in myself. And I want to keep practicing it because it makes me positive, happy, & a better person as a whole.
If you don’t read captions, send some love to @pedrodecimus who took this wonderful shot of me ✨ / If you do, thank you, & I hope it’ll help shape your thinking as well. Leave a comment and let me know what’s on your mind.
I’m not the best in anger management. Nor dwelling in negative moods. Now scratch that, and put them in past tense. In a sense, my control of emotions and thoughts are better now because of all the times I spent thinking about the relationship between consequences-time-existence.
I didn’t learn this just by listening to someone who controls emotions well tell me how to do it, because I can honestly tell you that that is the hardest thing to change in an on-average expressive person when it’s been moulded into the personality for many years. I re-think it a million times and slowly activate it with experiences. It’s a slow, calming, healing process, trying to rationalize and fight against your own personality, but it’s a good one, believe me.
Here’s my shortest way of putting it out there: when you’re being pushed into your negative mind palace, or a point where you’re just completely furious, think about the time when your existence in this universe will be over. Death, yes. My biggest fear—and I’m sure some of yours—that I’m slowly starting to believe and accept. Then put your situation into a relativity POV. I can’t write a definite example in words, but just remember,
「1) Many small little deals won’t matter in your life as a whole. Make worth of your time by letting it be (the past) & start planning to do something more meaningful (the future). That will be a life better worth remembering 2) Someone else probably has it worse than you. Stay #grateful 」
If you read this far, just wanted to tell you that I appreciate you, you are more #blessed than you know, your own good time will come at a time you don’t expect it to, and I have a new nickname called Mango; yellow on the outside, yellow on the inside 💛
