Finally out of shed and glowing✨(I made a few holes in the shed on accident😅 but other than that, it was another nice shed from her! She just had a teeny tiny piece stuck on the very tip of her tail but came off with ease👍)

I was deathly afraid of snakes, of all kinds. I couldn’t even look at a picture of one. If there were snakes on TV or in a movie, I’d pull my feet up and curl up into a ball. I would break out in a cold sweat, shiver, my heart would race and I would breathe so shallowly that I would almost be hyperventilating. This hyper state would last for several hours, sometimes days, where I would “see” snakes in everything.
Fast forward to this moment, I have reached a point where I can stand firm in my fears, even of snakes, and observe them from a calm, rational, and higher perspective. I can transcend the irrational because I have done the work to get to the core of my Self, to get to my Essence.
The process of self inquiry, self awareness, self *truth* can take a long time. Everyone’s journey is their own. But when we can strip away the opaque, fearful layers in any area of our lives, other mucky and obscuring layers go along with them, things we may not even realize or that seemingly have no relation to another. Facing and thereby releasing fear frees up space inside us to allow for more of what we need.
I’m still scared of snakes, but I don’t have the paralyzing and all consuming fearful energy surrounding them. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Female Peacocks are known as Peahens. Oh, you already knew that? Well then did you know that leucistic Peahens are known as Lupins?? I bet you didn't know that! You know why you didn't know that?! Because it's not a real fact. I was just embarrassed that you already knew my first fact...
