Homemade & really, really good...
- Yup. That’s mayo. Garlic, black pepper, half olive oil, half avocado oil, the obligatory one egg, a bit of salt, a bit of dry mustard, that fat plop of vinegar. Voila! Because something is trying to work itself out in my head, a puzzle that needs time to arrive at a solution (and time is such a luxury)...let me re-state that - I know the solution, it’s just doing it that I’m wrestling with...this is what I chose to make while pulling away from the laptop, the phone, the conversations that are getting under my skin, expecting the same words to produce a different dialogue, my holiday list, the book...besides, a chocolate cake would have been suicide.

We take pride in our house made sauces, including our mayo (also the base for our special sauce and Chipotle aioli) made with #cagefree eggs and high oleic safflower oil (research it and you'll see why we choose this oil over others). - #regrann
I don’t have to go far for great tacos! Great food in general* These fish tacos are from @vineandgrind and I would soooo go back for another bite. I love how they have sriracha mayo dressing, I’m drooling just thinking about these! My friend commented that her chicken schnitzel was nice!

🍢Telur ayam di rebus 🍢Star vege pasta di rebus
🍢Sedikit lada hitam
1⃣Lenyek kan kentang 🥔 yg telah direbus bersama dengan telur 🥚
2⃣ campur kan mayonis dan letak sedikit lada hitam (untuk kanak2 mungkin tidak perlu)
Campur sedikit shja mustard sos utk sedikit rasa masam
3⃣ campurkan star ⭐ vege pasta dan gaul rata
4⃣ siap dihidang 😋 boleh dimakan begitu shja atau pun dgn roti 🍞 kosong
