☆ Had a great week, working though, but it was great. Productive, and fun and everything...😁 I managed to balanced everything perfectly. With lots of treat food🙊😋, partying🥂, spending time with friends & family💞, and also taken #metime for gym every day,and hiking💚... The only thing I do at home is sleep basically, and stuff that needs to be done, like cooking&cleaning. I got no time for "doing nothing".

Day 28 of 100 Ideas -> Be polite
Education comes from many places. At home, your parents, school, events in your life, friends and from day to day society. We also need to be aware and conscious that every waking day and moment is a learning opportunity. Unfortunately it’s not always that obvious for everyone and we may not be fortunate to have the best mentors and influences in our lives.
Well here it is….if you learn one thing today it is that being polite will get you everywhere. Why? Not because it is the best thing in the world (although super important) BUT because a large amount of people lack manners. So by simply being polite, you will most probably be in the majority which makes you stand out!
I cannot tell you how much you will ‘receive’ in life by saying “Hello, please, thank-you and goodbye.” You can even get fancy and allow people to go before you, ask them how they are, or say something nice to them.
To be a good person who others respect and look up to is not rocket science. Have great manners, have a good moral compass, be ethical. If you need to brush up, then learn how to be better and don’t make excuses for not using this simple and free superpower we are all given in abundance.
Finisher du Grand Trail des Templiers, 79km et 3600D+ 😊 Mais que ce fut dur...Je suis passé par toutes les émotions durant la course...J'avale les 50 premiers km en 6h30 puis sans signe annonciateur, c'est le black out total ensuite...Je n'arrive plus à avancer dans les montées, je titube et commence à divaguer...Manque de chance, les 29 derniers km sont d'une rare sauvagerie...😂 Rarement vu un tel concentré de difficultés en si peu de distance. Que des montées abruptes et des descentes techniques qui mettent mes jambes au supplice. Je reçois miraculeusement un texto de Jenn qui m'annonce qu'elle m'attend à un prochain ravito! Ça me remonte le moral et j'en profite pour lui demander de me rapporter des bâtons. Je commence à reprendre mes esprits et reprendre espoir. Je continue à avancer coûte que coûte, à gravir les montées les unes après les autres, quitte à faire des pauses. Les km s'enchaînent, les heures aussi 😂 Qu'importe, la joie de finir ce trail mythique l'emporte sur la performance en demi teinte 😉 Merci à tous les copains/famille qui m'ont supporté! Very powerful message. Couple things to take away. Your thoughts and mindset can and will alter your biochemistry.
Easy example compare happy optimistic loving people to negative pessimistic hateful people. Happy people will naturally feel Better and you will see efficient regulation in things such as serotonin,dopamine, cortisol(stress response), hormones etc. negative people almost always have complaints physically, mentally emotionally and you will see the fluctuations in
The above mentioned just to name a few of many things that can change.
The other point is none of us were born with natural chemical receptors for things like Xanax, Percocet, Lovastatin etc. these are simply synthetic substances to manipulate your natural receptors in an unnatural way to elicit a quick change hence why there are a page of side effects because the body has to compensate for all the steps the drugs miss along the way. We have seriously been through some intense times over the last few years. 5 kids, big moves, investing in rental properties, building a business from the ground up, coping with family health issues, teens and toddlers..sometimes you don’t know whether you should laugh or cry 😂
All I know is life is tough and you want to have the best partner to ride it all out of with.

WHY I DELETED THE FACEBOOK APP (5 Years back) (AND WHY I AM UNPLUGGING FROM INSTAGRAM TOO)
When I disconnected myself from the World, I got more connected with myself and my family.
What I did instead of being on Facebook and other Social Media:
I focused on my home. I focused on playing. I focused on teaching. I focused on learning. I focused on being happy.
When I turned off the social media, I started to look at my situation. I started to be more grateful.
This all started as taking a break from social media. To see what life would be like not being 'connected'. What I got out of this was something totally different than what I expected. I got something so much better than I expected. When I disconnected myself from the World, I got more connected with myself and my family.
My challenge to you is to try and go without for a day, a week or a month. Delete the apps off your phone, block the websites from your computer at work. Try to look up from your phone and focus on the life you have in front of you. You may be surprised at what you find. .

It’s time we stop letting influencers lie to us. It’s time we stop lying to ourselves about what we think this platform is. WAKE UP! Because if you truly think that everyone you follow online does nothing but float around in space of pure happiness all day, you are deceiving yourself. 🚫 Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE has highs and lows in life.
