It's so fucked up that most people don't realise why cows produce milk - like they're magically different from any other mammal that makes milk for their babies.
It's so weird that we drink the breastmilk from another species, and that we forcefully take it away from offspring that actually need it to survive. People would be revolted by the idea of drinking dog milk, pig milk, or rat milk, but what's the difference between those animals and cows?
People are mystified about why they're lactose intolerant, without realising that it's actually normal, and basic science/common sense explains it.
We're ONLY meant to drink the milk from our mothers during infancy. THAT'S IT. Most people are lactose intolerant because our bodies aren't meant to be ingesting breast milk past two or three years of age. It's weird to drink human breast milk past this age, but normal to drink cows' breast milk our entire life?
It's amazing that this practice has been going on for so long. You can help put a stop to the insanity by choosing #plantmilk alternatives, and spreading information 🌱🥛
Getting ill and feel like shit so I treated myself to a filthy sausage sarnie 😍 With a gluten free bagel, shroomdogs, flora’s dairy free butter and this fancy rhubarb ketchup I bought the other week. So FIT

This week I ate quite a lot of Fast food (which is no problem occasionally ☝🏼) and it remembered that for a very long time I thought: how can people eat pizza, fries, burgers,... 🍕 without planning it and not feeling guilty about it.
Back in the day I allowed myself three healthy meals a day and maybe one piece of sweets. If I knew that we were going out for dinner or having a unhealthy meal I would skip a meal. 🍴🚫🤦🏽♀️ Luckily these times are over and I don’t stress over an unhealthy meal anymore because IT IS JUST FOOD. Don’t make it your enemy. We’re all going to die in the end regardless if we eat a burger or nah. #lifeistooshort
Chocolate lover for life.

Hello to our virtual family. It’s friday today and we have come up with #factfriday . Today is gonna be about rice. - According to folklore in Burma, Bali, India and Japan, rice is considered to be a Gift of the Gods. - Rice is the staple diet of half the world's population.
- It takes 5,000 litres of water to produce 1 kg of irrigated rice. (So try avoiding wastage :) )
- White rice contains magnesium which boosts the immune system. It also contains thiamine which increases memory. It's low sodium level makes it suitable for high blood pressure.
- White rice is also good for your teeth health as it does not contain phytic acids, which is responsible for tooth decay. [src: google]

Early morning walks in the sunshine with my love 🌞👫 wearing my favourite jumper (charity shop) and scarf (charity shop a few years ago). I love second hand shopping in charity & vintage shops. Not only is it often much cheaper but it's also much better for our environment and you find some really unique clothes 😊 when it's not possible to buy second hand, I try my best to find a sustainable brand. Thanks to my Mum and Nan for taking me to numerous charity shops and car boot sales growing up 🙌
