"You think there is more to know about life than this, but there is not. Your heart holds the key. Your heart holds the wisdom. Your heart holds the future. Your mind knows nothing but the past. It imagines the future will be just like yesterday, so it makes it decisions based on that. Only your heart can see beyond memory's horizon." ~ Neale Donald Walsch
Addictions are powerful. Attachments are powerful.
As human beings we tend to create attachments to certain things, to certain people, to things that make us feel good, to objects that fill voids, to things that can cause harm to our bodies.
We create this attachment, and we say ‘we need this’, ‘we can’t live without that’, and we continue to justify it.
Sometimes it can get ‘out of our control’ and yet we still continue to justify it.
This scenario can work for many different things, whether it be a sugar addiction, or an attachment to an ex that treats you badly.
I’m here to remind you - YOU HAVE CONTROL. YOU ARE THE ONE IN CONTROL. Only you have the ability to break the addiction and break the cycle. You CAN get unused to things. You CAN replace the negative habit with a positive one. You have the ability to do this.
You are only weak if you keep telling yourself that you are.
Replace the words, and change your story.
Instead of saying ‘I am weak, I can’t do it’ say ‘I AM STRONG, AND I CAN DO IT.’ Say it over and over till you start believing it.
Treating your body with the upmost respect can be one of the most important things you can do for yourself. Your body does SO much for you, treat it how you want it to treat you. •
There is nothing more powerful or radical or stunningly beautiful than a woman who chooses to rebuild her life. Day after day, hour after hour, no matter how many pieces of hers to sweep up, or how many mistakes she must now spin into gold. 💛 #movingon#findingmyself#powerful#notgivingup#me#2018

That's the Key to Success! Plain & Simple.
Put Positivity into the Universe, Consistently, through the Good, Bad, and Ugly...and the Positivity will surround you!!
3 years ago I was a very different Woman. I was broken & lost. I knew if something didn't change, I wouldn't survive. I started looking at what everyone around me was doing to be so positive. I joined a network marketing company, I locked arms with those who were in a position that I wanted to be in, and I became a Consistent student! I manifested myself into who I am today.
That doesn't mean the Journey hasn't been plagued with turmoil. Even the last year has seen it's fair share of really difficult to swallow failures....but I learned that through it all, I had to remain consistent in my pursuit of Positivity and Growth!
Guess what?!?! It is manifesting in so many ways!! My relationships have never been better! My business has never been better! My confidence has never been stronger!
Life isn't about the short game. You have to work hard and stay Consistent, you have to fail over and over. There is no such thing as get rich quick. I promise you though, if you put that positive and excitement into the Universe on a daily basis, you will get it back and so much more!!
Get over yourself and start bettering yourself today!!!
Me and my un-tameable hair- we finally are staring to understand each other. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Story Time: Coming from an Indian background, Curly hair was not the best kind of hair one could receive. It was Actually the absolute "worst, most atrocious" hair that you could have. it was said that only witches have such curly hair. Being 6-7 years old and being told that by an elderly woman, in a temple didn't exactly help my self esteem. I began envying other girls with straighter and way hair, and started straightening my own hair when I was 15. When I was 20ish I dyed my hair, and did it several times. all because I wanted to be accepted by society. My dad wasn't ever fond of my curly hair nor my straightener, And others in my family would either offer to straighten it for me or just thought it better to stay quiet. Personally I never liked straightening my hair, or curling it. I just wanted to fit in. One day I started researching curly hair and found out that not only was I brainwashed, but curly hair is suppose to be taken care of in a totally different way. It is suppose to be cur dry, and by each curl, it need to be moisturized, and cared for so much more, and if it was then the pay off would be HUGE! Upon research I found a company that used good ingredients and only made curly hair products- DevaCurl. IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR- YOU NEED TO INVEST IN THIS! This product really helped me become friends with my hair and understand it better. (yes my hair hair has a mind of its own). My Hair is still transitioning from all the heat and color damage but, I couldn't be more happy with it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I think everyone's natural hair texture is was suits them best. Never let anyone tell you that you need to do anything to your hair or body that you don't want to because, honey, you. are. beautiful, just as you are. :)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
