Une belle journée passée dehors à jardiner, j'ai taillé pas mal d'arbres, couper à ras les légumes secs ou qui ne donne plus rien, j'ai tondu, tout est en ligne je suis contente ! (C'est une des différences notoire avec la vie en appartement, l'extérieur demande pas mal d'entretien en automne et au printemps.) L'hiver peu arriver je suis tranquille, j'ai été en forêt chercher des champi mais y'en avait pas snif. Le linge a séché dehors plus qu'à ranger, ça c'est une journée super productive. Je peux maintenant me détendre à rêvasser en regardant mes petits loulous hé hé.

So, To-do Lists! In my opinion, these are incredibly important for keeping productivity up. Many studies have found that the satisfaction of physically crossing things off of a list motivates a person to do more than they would without.
So how best to do them? Well some people like to simply just scribble down all their tasks for the day without any form of system however I have a fairly simple structure to mine. I write out everything I need to do that day but also a little bit more I’d like to get done (I usually don’t get it all completed). Anything that NEEDS to be done that day I put a yellow line in front of and prioritise around that. Once I have finished a task I colour in the little star beside the task. 📚🖊⭐️
Above is an example of my to-do list for today (of which I have yet to complete). It is rather short however, due to the fact I happened to miss school today. I find I get more done when I use a to do list so it is always the first thing I do once I get home from school! ☺️
1. PREPARE YOUR BRAIN
Before A Task, Calm Your Brain, Take A Minute Or Two To Sit In A Comfortable Position And Breathe Deeply Into Your Stomach, Let Your Body Calm Down Before You Approach Your Work. You’ll Find It Really Helps You Concentrate.
2. UNDERSTAND WHERE YOUR FOCUS NEEDS TO BE
Take Time To Identify What Deserves Your Focus For The Year, For The Month, For The Week, And For The Day. Then Look At Your Calendar And Block Time Dedicated To Focus.
3. UNPLUG FOR 30 MINUTES
If You Need To Focus, Log Out Of Email And Social Media. You Won’t Believe How Much You Can Get Done When You’re Not Always Interrupting Yourself To Return Emails.
4. GRAB SOME COFFEE
That Morning Coffee Doesn’t Just Help You Wake Up; It Helps You Focus On The Day. If You Need An Attention Booster In The Afternoon, A Coffeeshop Run Might Do The Trick.
5. CHECK THE THERMOSTAT
If It’s Too Hot Or Too Cool In Your Work Environment, It Could Impact Your Focus. Workers Are Most Productive And Make Fewer Errors In An Environment That Is Somewhere Between 68 And 77 Degrees.
6. TAKE SHORT BREAKS
Taking A Short Break In The Middle Of A Long Task Reenergizes The Brain. During A 50-Minute Task, Take A Break And Your Performance Could Be Better Than Working Straight Through.

Hello everyone! My name is Raj and I decided it is time for me to take this Instagram page seriously. Over the last couple of months, I’ve completely fell off the wagon in terms of my fitness level and goals. I let my self go sadly. I started at 155 lbs at the beginning of the summer in 2017 and bulked up to 170 lbs properly. I decided I wanted to lean out and ate my way up to 197.8 lbs somehow... My body physically feels like shit. My focus is gone, my self-discipline is hiding at the moment and it is time for a change. I’ve been overweight in the past, and lost it all twice!!! But, my unhealthy eating habits have never changed, as I did a dirty bulk up to 170 lbs and binged my way to 197.8 lbs. Over the next 3 months, I’m going to be cutting down to about 165 lbs. I will go below that number if I’m not satisfied but we’ll see how it goes. I’m going to take you guys along with me on this journey and give some tips on how you guys can as well loose a few of those unwanted pounds. .
