If you want to gain flexibility either you can relax your whole body just like you wanna sleep, while holding your position, or you can go hard and risk injury... Do both ! First relax and then practice your position contracting the opposit muscle. And best way to gain splits is to force the body relaxing with some weight on to get in deeper positions...

Had the privilege to test out @usnsa blueblood today.. I must say I'm full of shit when it comes to Pre-workouts, but this was by far one of THE best pre's I've had.. Constant focus and energy with a pump like no other!! Perfect getting through a tough session. That mental focus tho, faurkkk I could see sounds🤣

A recovery story is a messy thing.
I remember often lying in bed, tears streaming down my face, sobbing into my pillow. Sometimes I didn’t even have the energy to cry, only to lie there feeling helpless. I didn’t know what my purpose in life was or who I was anymore.
I’ve stopped working out, eating healthy and taking care of myself meant nothing to me. I was struggling with severe anxiety and depression for 2 years.
I didn’t think it was ever possible for me to overcome this, and I can assure you that no one was able to help me but myself.
I woke up one day sick and tired of the meaningless life I was living and I decided to make a change. That’s when my yoga practice and I became one.
I fell in love with yoga because it guides me to recognize my power.
When I choose to recognize my power - my brain, my body and my spirit taste and feel like a oneness.
I don’t feel insecure or afraid, I feel whole.
I chose to eat more vegetables and fruits instead. Each day I tracked my meals and exercise. I didn’t see it as a diet. Rather, I was changing my lifestyle and habits. The healthier I became, the more my strength and motivation rose, and I soon discovered I had potential for even more.
Taking on new fitness challenges and staying healthy has given me self-assurance. The experience of a painful phase taught me that suffering can make us stronger — and that I can overcome anything. I’m grateful for my amazing support system, which has been instrumental in keeping me out of the black hole.
I beat the darkness through faith, healthy eating, yoga, and weights. I just keep on lifting them.
🔥 Challenges are what makes life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.
