'Low Touch Wine Production' meaning minimal human intervention to the winemaking process and allowing rather the natural fruit and elements to do the talking is the what I want to be drinking and putting into my body.
This natural way of making wine is 'back to the traditional way'. Adding nothing but grapes and organic and bio-dynamic processes. Using no tricks, shortcuts, and nasties added in your wine destroying the beautiful and natural beverage. Such high respect for winemakers who produce in this slower and more authentic way.
So proud to exclusively stock vineyards and estates who produce in this way, and we're excited to keep scouting the earth to bring them to you!
Evening y’all ☀️ So this is me because I start my 30 Day Challenge yes I’m joining also. Not sure what I’m looking for really just giving it a try. 👍🏿 I’m working on my online 30 Days also since a lot of people been asking me about it. So it won’t be just locally, I will be having it online also❤️
#Veganism is for the wealthy, privileged elite. 😂⠀
Meat, dairy and eggs have always been products of privilege and symbols of affluence, affordable only by the wealthy and denied to the poor. Health-wise that’s good! In less affluent populations where meat is be served in small portions and they eat mostly plant foods, they don't suffer from what experts call "diseases of affluence” (atherosclerosis, cancer, diabetes). The richer the country, the more animal products they eat, the more prevalent these diseases.⠀
Even with government subsidies keeping animal products artificially cheap, whole plant foods are still more affordable than animal products. Convenience foods are more expensive whether they’re vegan or not vegan because you’re paying for convenience of not cooking.⠀
It's only because of factory farming and government subsidies that most people can afford to eat every day what are – in fact – very expensive things to produce, and for this cheap "food" we’re paying huge costs — in terms of our health, the Earth, the animals. ⠀

Pancakes: I bought the @birchbenders Organic Classic Pancake Mix (classic mix is vegan) from Target and added water, vanilla extract, cinnamon and a bit of dairy free half & half. I added strawberries and blueberries to my plate. So yummy!🌱
Absolutely love the baking mixes from @huntergatherergourmet 🥰 today I whipped this cake up using the sooo-velvety vanilla baking mix! I’ll be sharing this with a some mates who are coming round today instead of going to the races! As much as I would love to be going a dressing up, socialising and drinking with mates it’s not worth supporting an industry I don’t entirely agree with, but don’t you worry I’ll be sure to have a few alcoholic beverages and have some fun with my gal pals!! Can’t wait to dig into this cake 🍰😋

Tips for activists in vigils:
💙 Always keep calm, we do not want to cause more stress to the animals we are witnessing
💙 Stay positive and always with faith in your neighbor.
💙 Never forget that you are in places where hatred is practiced, so always come from a place of love.
💙 Talk calmly with members of the public, truck drivers, workers and police.
💙 Whenever possible, give animals water, especially if they come from a long way.
💙 For photos and videos, always try to capture only one of the animals, as it will draw more attention to the viewer from outside looking only into the eyes of an individual.
💙 Never forget that you are not alone.
💙 If you are experiencing exhaustion from seeing animals in that state, move away. Creating between you and the truck a safe distance not to cause stress to the animal.
💙 To any hate, always respond with love.
💙 Do not run to the truck.
💙 Do not get ahead of trucks if this is not the organization strategy.
omg LOOK AT THIS BOWL AHH!! banana, frozen raspberries, almond butter, date syrup on top of cacao oatmeal (almond milk, cacao powder, oats, banana, chia, flax). sooo good!! 😍 and also very pretty
This week has been a little slow in terms of working out for me. Probably only going to hit 4 days today but guess what? That’s actually a lot and that’s totally ok and you DONT need to go to the gym in order to be active and healthy ☺️ I weight train because I like being strong and I will do cardio for general heart health but walking a couple miles a day is a GREAT form of exercise 😊
This is my dog.
I would never ever harm her for pleasure.
Therefore I would never ever harm any other animal for pleasure.
Because there is no differnece.
And I hope that one day everyone will realize that we don't need to exploit animals.
That animal products are for pleasure.
And I hope that one day everyone will draw the consequences and treat every conscious being after the same moral code.
And therefore go vegan. 🌱

What is this? My vegan Mac ‘n Cheeze and Mashed Potato casserole. I’m a big fan of doubling up on carbs and I have to say, this particular invention was glorious. I’ll be posting the recipe soon so keep your eyes peeled!
Mushroom Lentil Loaf with mushroom gravy, roasted potatoes and steamed veggies. 20 grams of plant based protein 💪🏽🌱

🍒 Black Forest cake from the newest addition to Victoria’s vegan scene, @ferncafeandbakery ! Honestly this cake hit it outta the park. It was REALLY chocolate-y. Think dense, fudgey, almost flakey (?) cake. So excited to try more from their menu!
