I described this as a bit like the path to Mordor in my instastory. This huge cleft descends almost the full height of the mountain, and its a little scary looking down it, made worse by the misty conditions.
It was an exhausting day. I was carrying too much camera gear and my ailing knees didn’t enjoy it. Then there was the driving rain and snow showers. But two summits bagged and a well earned beer afterwards.
Day 21: Today was a bit chaotic after receiving a couple of urgent emails beginning with ‘as you know’ and ‘just as a reminder’ telling me about events happening within the hour that I definitely did not know about! So after the fastest (and sweatiest!) cycle to the faculty as of yet, I had a busy, busy day full of meetings and lectures. Feeling a bit brain fried, I cycled the long way home and, for once, really enjoyed the cycle! I wonder whether the novelty of cycling through the centre will ever wear off... 🚲 7 and a bit miles cycled today 🚲

The Sky Garden is Europe's highest public garden, located on top of a building nicknamed "walkie talkie". No doubt it's a place you must visit when in London! My suggestion is that you make a reservation in advance on their website, because it's not guaranteed you'll be able to go up without a reservation! What did you think of this place? Amazing, right? 😍

"Really I should be posting London photos, because I’ve been back here for a week now. But I haven’t had a chance to go and take new photos this week, and it’s too coooooold today, so I’m going to quietly post Outlander filming locations instead and hope you don’t notice. 😂🙈
Ten points if you can tell me which scenes were filmed here! 💃🏻"@georgianlondon
