Do you drink enough water to hydrate yourself in a day?
I have been encouraging myself the past 2 weeks to drink minimum 2.5 liter of water a day.
Somedays it's easy, someday feels like madness,lol!
There is a lot of benefit in drinking enough water a day. Here's some

WHAT IS IT?
-Chocolate Berry smoothie bowl.
WHAT’S IN IT?
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 cup frozen mango chunks
-1 cup water/ice
-1 scoop chocolate whey
-5 fresh strawberries
-1/2 large banana -1/4 cup lemon blueberry granola
WHEN TO EAT IT?
-Depending on your lifestyle I would say anytime, but you could add another scoop of protein and it’a a great post workout bowl. However again, it depends on you. Jiu-Jitsu is anaerobic and aerobic so something like this an 1-4 hours out and I am good to go. And after rolling it’s a good option if you are trying to eat more plants than meat.
